How it works
1. Panel is ready
Bot posts panel text (or you point at an existing message) and attaches the verify emoji.
2. Member joins
Optional unverified role is applied so public channels stay locked until verify.
3. They react
Verified role is granted; unverified role is removed. Optional strip_on_unreact reverses on reaction remove.

Not if you set channel_id — the bot posts the panel and fills message_id for you.
