Web dashboard

Configure every per-server setting and review cases from the browser.

What you can do

The dashboard is the primary control plane for ModShield: toggle features, edit thresholds, browse cases/strikes/jails, manage teams and API keys, and (when configured) upgrade to Premium.

  • Per-server config sections (same validation as slash commands)
  • Setup β€” onboarding checklist with skip / mark done
  • Health β€” server health score and issues (slash access, setup gaps)
  • Analytics β€” customizable widgets (messages, member flow, mod charts)
  • Cases β€” workflow status, staff notes, CSV export
  • Config templates, backup/clone, structure recovery
  • Audit β€” who changed which config section
  • Alerts and weekly digests (see linked docs)
  • Ctrl/⌘K command palette β€” jump to servers, tabs, and settings sections
  • Account settings, themes, linked providers, billing

Access

You see a server if you have Manage Server on Discord (or admin on Telegram) and the bot is present β€” or if a team has claimed the server and your role allows access.

Keyboard

Press Ctrl+K (Windows) or ⌘+K (Mac) anywhere in the dashboard to open the command palette. Type a server name, β€œcases”, β€œlink filter”, etc., then Enter.
